Frequently asked questions

Are light therapy and the other products safe to use?

Yes. Our products (infrared belt, LED mask, massage gun) are non-invasive wellness products designed for everyday use. They are cosmetic and wellness products, not medical devices. If you are unsure, always check with a doctor first.

Which combo is right for me?

For skincare, go for the LED and PDRN combo. For body and winding down after exercise, go for the infrared belt or the massage combo. Not sure? Get in touch, we are happy to think along.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1-2 working days. After that your order is roughly 2 weeks on its way. We work directly with the manufacturer and ship from our fulfilment partner outside the EU - no shop, no middleman and no retail markup, which is why we can offer these prices. You always get a tracking code so you can follow your parcel from start to finish.

Will my combo arrive in one parcel?

Usually, yes. The two products in each combo come from the same warehouse and are sent together wherever possible. Sometimes they leave separately - in that case you get a tracking code for each parcel.

What is the returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, no reason needed. Contact us through our contact form for the return address and instructions.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free from EUR 55. Below that it is EUR 6,95 within the Netherlands and the EU. All three combos are above EUR 55, so shipping on those is always free.
